The Transform Programme:  Includes: 4 x one hour sessions taken over 4 weeks to 4 months at your own pace, text and email support in-between sessions,  a personal action plan, a free half hour taster session by phone. Cost £240

The Fast Track Programme: This is useful for people who have a very specific goal they want to work on and includes: 2 x one hour sessions taken over 2 weeks to 2 months at your own pace, text and email support in-between sessions, a personal action plan, a free half hour taster session by phone.

Additional sessions charged at £60 each

About me

My name is Gina and I'm a warm, flexible and empathic coach, NLP practitioner and therapist with the skills and commitment to help you make the changes that could transform your life.

I spent many years in a career that, although challenging and rewarding in its own way, really just didn’t satisfy and fulfill me. Although it had many benefits - financially, for my family life and for security (if that is such a thing in a changing world), I knew that it didn’t meet some of my fundamental needs to explore myself, find out what really made me tick and how to be truly happy.

I don’t mean that in the leaping around for joy, laughing all the time happy – that would just be exhausting for me and irritating for everyone else. I mean happy in the sense of a deep contentment, a calm and sustainable happiness that would uplift me always and give a resilience to my life that I didn’t feel I had.

A feeling that became all too overwhelming when faced with the issues that life throws at you sometimes. In my case that was dealing with the severe mental health problems of one of my children and the relationship break downs that can result, as you desperately fire fight to try and keep things under some sort of control.

I made the decision to leave my safe job and take a journey into myself which has transformed my life!

Wanting to understand myself led me to wanting to understand others, and with a strong background of 30 years in training and development I went on to train as a Performance Coach and NLP Practitioner initially, followed by Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner training. Learning these skills becomes all-consuming and since I qualified I’ve coached many people to make powerful changes to their lives that they had previously felt unable to even consider.

One to one coaching is a fantastic way to help people to overcome self-limiting beliefs and really move on with their lives and it’s still at the core of what I do. However, I wanted to bring what I’d learnt to a wider group so for the past 2 years I’ve been involved with The Action for Happiness organization. It is an International charity which explores and encourages people from all walks of life to identify with what matters for them and how and where they find their own happiness.

I run workshops for the charity and bring this knowledge and expertise to my coaching work. Since I started this amazing journey my interest in the psychology of happiness knows no bounds in 2016 I also qualified as a mindfulness and positive psychology practitioner. Based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction model of Professor Jon Kabat-Zin, the techniques I teach can have a profound effect on reducing stress, anxiety and managing depression.

The physical and psychological benefits are hugely beneficial and scientifically proven. Coaching, NLP, EFT and positive psychology are powerful tools in helping people to move from where they are to where they want to be in life. Being able to use these techniques to help people to discover their inner strength and resourcefulness is an amazing privilege.

I love watching the truly transformational changes that people become able to make after only a few sessions. Where people have found themselves unable to move forward in life, or to achieve their goals I can help them to see things from a clearer perspective, gaining clarity and control of their situation, and supporting them to make the decisions that can transform their life!
