Lise Jackson - Counsellor
I am here to help you to overcome difficulties and issues in your life. I work in a non-judgmental, confidential, safe, supportive, empathic and respectful way. I believe that you are the expert in your life. I always aim to ensure that the work done in sessions is led by you as much as possible to achieve the best possible outcome. I work with men and women over the age of 16.
I am able to offer help with issues such as:
- anxiety and stress
- relationship difficulties
- loss and bereavement
- personal growth and development
- domestic abuse
I offer face to face sessions, long-term weekly sessions, short-term weekly sessions and I may offer phone sessions occasionally by mutual agreement as part of on-going face to face work

- Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling – National Counselling Society May 2018
I am a member of the National Counselling Society. I am supervised monthly to ensure that I am working safely, ethically and to the best of my ability and I undertake regular further training to update and enhance my skills and knowledge base.
