Elemental Yoga Course
Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. These are the elements that make up the atmosphere around us. Energetically, they also occupy space within all of us. Becoming more aware of each element and how they intersect into our daily lives can increase the connection with yourself; mind, body, and soul.
A great way to explore the qualities of the elements is to add them into our yoga practice. In this series of classes, we will practice selected yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditations that will awaken specific parts of our being associated with each element.
These classes will be gentle and ALL LEVELS are welcome. Vinyasa yoga will be the primary practice. Vinyasa is a practice that links breath to movement while building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving balance. This series is meant to make you feel empowered and alive with energy!
Yoga mats are provided by the studio or you can opt to bring your own.
Blankets and blocks will also be available. Comfortable clothing and a sweater for Savasana is recommended.
Saturday Nov. 10th + Nov. 17th 10:00-11:15am
Sunday Nov. 25th + Dec. 2nd 10:00-11:15am
*The first two classes of this series are on SATURDAY and the last two are on SUNDAY*
Investment for the 4-week series is £35-payable at the first class
