Flow + Restore
This class will combine two styles of yoga that compliment each other well: Vinyasa yoga and Restorative yoga. The first half of the class will be a gentle flow where we synchronize breath to movement. Vinyasa Yoga is designed to strengthen the body, build heat, and improve physical balance. The second half of the class will be slow and relaxing.
We will use yoga props to support the body into restorative, longer held postures. Restorative yoga is a meditative practice that enhances flexibility, balances the nervous system, and clears the mind.
This 75-minute class is appropriate for all levels. Variations are always offered and encouraged. Yoga mats are available at the studio or feel free to bring your own. Blankets and blocks will be provided. A sweater and cozy socks might be nice during the restorative portion.
Investment: £8 drop-in or £7 each when you purchase 4 or more classes.
Weekly Flow + Restore runs every Saturday and begins on September 15th until December 22nd, with the exception of October 6th.
10:00-11:15am. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
